Privacy Regulation art.13 Legislative decree 196/2003
The underwriter is informed that the legislative decree no. 196/2003 provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects, with respect to the treatment of personal data.
In accordance to the above mentioned law, this treatment will be oriented to principles of loyalty, rightness and transparency, with respect to the privacy and the rights of the underwriter.
The following information is furnished according to art. 13 of the legislative decree no. 196/2003.
The treatment that we intend to provide:
a) is prompted to finalize, administer and implement the supply of the requested services; to organize, administer and implement the services, also through communication of the data to our third parties partners; to abide to the law commitments and to the other accomplishments requested by the competent Authorities;
b) will be performed in the following ways: through computer system and or handwritten ;
c) with the exception of what it is strictly necessary for the correct implementation of the supply of the requested services, the data will not be communicated to other subjects, unless expressly authorized by your consent.
We also inform you that, the communication of the data is indispensable but not compulsory and the eventual refusal does not have any consequence, but it may involve the lack of precise implementation of the obligations assumed by House and The City H&C , for the supply of your requested service.

Right of access to the personal data and other rights
1. The interested person has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not, of personal data related to him, even if not yet registered, and of their communication in an understandable way.

The interested person has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the objectives and formalities of the treatment; c) of the criteria applied when treatment is made by computer technologies; d) of the data identifying the dealer, the persons responsible and the designated representative, according to article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or of the categories of subjects, to whom the personal data may be communicated, or that may become aware of the data, in their quality of representative designated in the territory of the State, of responsible or of entitled persons.
3. The interested person has the right to obtain: a) the updating, the correction or, if there is an interest, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form, or the block of the data treated in violation of law, including those whose conservation is not necessary, in relation to the scope for which the data have been gathered and subsequently treated; c) the certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge, also for what it is related to their content, of the persons to whom data have been communicated or distributed, with the exception of the case in which such implementation is impossible or it involves a display of means, clearly out of proportion in relation to the protected right.
4. the interested person has the right to be against, in total or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of personal data related to him, even when pertinent to the scope of the gathering; b) to the treatment of personal data related to him, for the delivery of advertising publication or for direct sales purposes or for the Implementation of market researches or of commercial communications.
